সুখ উপলব্ধির বিষয়। খাবার যেমন স্বাদ নিয়ে না খেলে তৃপ্তি পাওয়া যায় না। ঠিক তেমনি কাউকে বা কোন কাজকে অনুভব না করলে সুখ পাবেন না।কেউ যদি মনে করে সে যা পেয়েছে তারচেয়ে অনেক ভালো কিছু পেত।তাহলে সেটা তার ভুল ধারণা। কারণ সে যেটা পেয়েছে এটাই তার প্রাপ্য বা এটারই যোগ্য সে। যা মানুষ পায় তা নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না থাকলে হাজারো সমস্যা ও অশান্তি সৃষ্টি হবে।সুখের সন্ধানে গেলেই সুখ পাওয়া যায় না। মানুষের ভিতরে যা আছে তাতেই সুখ আছে। যে মানুষটা তার পাশে আছে। তার সাথেই সুখে থাকবে। আমরা অনেক সময় ভাবি অন্যরা সুখে আছে। আমি তো নেই। এটা ভুল ধারণা। সবার মাঝেই কষ্ট আছে। সবাই দেখায় না।তাই বলে কী সে দুঃখ পুষে না? তারও সুখ দুঃখ দুটোই আছে।
কোন কিছু পেলে সেটা পারফেক্ট হয়েছে কিনা এটা না দেখে। এটার পিছনে যে কষ্ট করা হয়েছে সেটা ভেবে সুখ অনুভব করা উচিত। সুখ কীভাবে পাবেন? যদি মনের মাঝে সুখের উপলব্ধি না নিয়ে আসেন। যেমন কেউ কিছু দিল আপনাকে।সেট দামী, না সুন্দর। তা না দেখে এটা মনে করলে সুখ পাবেন যে, সে এটা শুধু আপনার জন্য করেছে। এটা মনে করলেই সুখ পাবেন।যাকে পাশে পাচ্ছেন তারচেয়ে বেশি কেউ আপন হবে না।তাই যদি না হত আপনার পাশে অন্য কেউ থাকত। সুখী হতে টাকা, গাড়ি, বাড়ি এগুলো লাগে না।লাগে ভালোবাসা আর সুখের অনুভূতি। এজন্যই অনেকে অল্পতেও সুখী হয়।আবার অনেকে প্রাচুর্যের মাঝে থেকেও সুখ খুঁজে পায় না।
সুখ কোন বস্তু নয়।সুখ উপলব্ধির বিষয়। সুখ খুঁজতে দূরে কোথাও নয়, আপনার ঘরেই ডুকে দেখেন।অজস্র সুখ হামাগুড়ি দিচ্ছে। আপনার হাতটা পেলেই উঠে দাঁড়াবে। সুখে ছেয়ে যাবে সমস্ত জীবন। কোথাও সুখ পাবেন না। যদি না আপনি অনুভূতিশীল হন। কাজ, মানুষ, পরিবেশ,সময়,স্মৃতি সবকিছুকে অনুভব করলেই সুখ আসবে। উপলব্ধি করতে হবে সুখ। অতৃপ্ত মন সুখ খুঁজে পায় না। মনকে বোঝাতে হবে এটাই সবচেয়ে সুন্দর ও শ্রেষ্ঠ। পোড়া খাবার সামনে পেয়ে যদি মনে করেন।এটাই আপনার রিজিক তবে এটাতের সবচেয়ে মজার স্বাদ পাবেন।কখনো অপূর্ণতা এলে জীবনে তা সুখের অনুভূতি দিয়ে বদলে দিন।আপনার চিন্তা শক্তির চেয়ে বড় কিছু তো নেই।
